● 招聘职位：
信贷支持代理（
Credit Support Agent）
● 工作内容：
Provide high quality telephone service to lenders;
Be the first point of contact in the interpretation of credit policies and guidelines;
Support and guide our lending partners in submitting quality credit applications to the Credit Adjudication teams;
Answer lenders’ questions about RBC credit policies and procedures, and advise on the credit structure of files;
Exercise agility to maintain a good balance between customer service and business risk;
Maintain your knowledge of credit policies and procedures using all the tools available to you;
Evolve in a dynamic and frequently changing environment.
● 工作要求：
能讲法语和英语，两种语言的专业水平；
持有DLA或愿意获得DLA(接受交叉培训以持有多个DLA)；
良好的信用、贷款或仲裁经验和加拿大皇家银行信贷政策知识；
愿意承担更多的责任并学习所有的知识；
弹性工作要求在周一至周六早上7:30到晚上7:00的工作时间内轮班。
