Holds accountability of the metrics and KPI's for the senior management team
Develops sets of key performance indicators (KPI's) together with the Mechanical team.
Develops solutions to gather appropriate data from the mechanical systems (Locos and Cars) in order to provide accurate view of the state of the related systems performance.
Assists in the analysis of the indicators and provide guidance on improvement, remediation and mitigation of required performance improvements.
Drives decision making and planning adequacy of the metrics plan for the Mechanical management team.
Define process and tools for data quality collection, qualitative and quantitative, to ensure it is fit for its intended uses in operations.
Ensure that data is of high quality, it correctly and accurately represents the mechanical environment measurements and metrics, and implement efficient and secure procedures for its handling and analysis.
Provides governance with regular reporting including metrics construction, distribution and especially endorsement by the senior management team.
Help define, provides, maintains, and improves the Mechanical Dashboard used for sharing KPI results with the organization.
Assist with reports and data extraction for mechanical reports.
Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with Mechanical management team and employees.
