● 工作内容:
- Research and resolve Franchisee inquiries or challenges relating to equipment, accounting, vendors, transmission of sales, catering call center, University of Subway, Subway Partners, advertising materials and compliance issues;
- Place small ware orders, including uniforms. Place large equipment orders for new, relocating or remodeling stores and keep all files and orders up to date and correct. Follow up with DA staff throughout the construction phase to move stores through the pipeline quickly and effectively. Work with vendors to correct freight damage/loss concerns;
- Data entry for sales/corrections, WISR’s received and in Remodel screen, along with updating store details, memos, basic fixed, and attribute information in SUBS. Receive, review and process Signature Logs on a monthly basis. Process Royalty Credits, Robbery Credits, equipment order checks, incoming and outgoing mail. Imaging, keeping all reports up to date and staying up to date on company publications and policies.
● 工作要求:
- 需要高中文凭;
- 1-2年客户服务经验;
- 必须有法语和英语两种语言;
- 熟练使用MS Office办公软件:Word、Excel、Outlook。
