● 招聘职位：设备协调员（Facilities Coordinator）

● 工作内容：

In accordance with work order process and "building ownership" execution of all required repairs and building maintenance;
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with best practices ,company requirements, local ordinances, applicable codes and regulations;
Ensure that all facilities across Canada are well maintained, monitored and managed;
Execute on Service Level Agreements to ensure that Facility operations are delivering a cost effective, quality service to all clients across Canada.

● 工作要求：

有优秀的客户服务能力；
优秀的英语和法语的书面和口头表达能力；
掌握会计的基本知识；
出色的时间管理和组织能力；
能够阅读和理解AutoCAD制图。
