Develop Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns aimed at bringing qualified traffic to BDC’s website;
Develop and manage day-to-day relationships, including content syndication deals with external partners, to leverage BDC’s online offering in line with BDC’s corporate objectives;
Manage the search engine optimization strategy and pay-per-click campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the site and increase conversion rates;
Constantly monitor organic traffic levels and web page rankings;
Manage all activities related to the BDC blog, including blog contributor interactions, promotional calendars and reporting;
Work in close collaboration with the Social Media Specialist to ensure an integrated approach and generate traffic to BDC.ca;
Work closely with other teams to determine performance indicators for digital outreach initiatives;
Keep internal stakeholders informed of ongoing digital outreach campaigns/tactics and their contribution to BDC’s objectives. Manage day-to-day relations with digital marketing agencies for web outreach activities;
Produce integrated reporting and dashboards for the Marketing and Communications team;
Support the Social Media Specialist with reporting and scheduling of social media posts;
Stay abreast of digital marketing best practices and evolving technologies, assess their relevance in the context of BDC, test and make recommendations for improvements.
