●  招聘职位：移动客户服务协调员（Coordinator, Customer Services）
●  工作内容：
  • Establish installation schedule for technicians / installers;
  • Follow-up daily with customer / agency in regards to the work schedule;
  • Planning upcoming work touching special request / projects;
  • Work closely with customer Service;
  • Provide support to technicians as required;
  • Assist and correct technical reports (technician / installation team);
  • Follow-up on the QPP inventory in Parthenais;
  • Transmission of technical bulletin to the technical team received from the customer (Ex: CSPQ);
  • Follow-up with the technical team so all reports are given on time to minimize customer penalty.
●  工作要求：
  • 有10年电信工作经验；
  • 有良好的无线电通信知识；
  • 良好的计算机能力，特别是微软办公软件；
  • 有优秀的分析和解决问题的能力；
  • 掌握双语(法语-英语)。
