Ordering and reviewing employee booklets, contracts, enrollment forms, ID cards, etc. for both new and in-force business;
Preparing amendment transmittals based on client requirements to be sent to head office and reviewing amended contract pages received for accuracy and forwarding them to clients or advisors for final approval;
Handle routine inquiries from clients and advisors including handle enrollment/eligibility issues, drug card issues, etc.
Act as a liaison between clients and head office departments on routine premium billing issues including terminations, employee additions, wage/salary changes, lifestyle changes, etc.
