Ensure that customer-facing documentation is consistently produced, as much for the assets that are built for their LOB as for the general service offerings ;
Collaborate with the DEVOPS manager to ensure that security and data access rules are respected with all LOB’s;
Be the main contact for our backlog management system (Service Now) and lead improvements and governance of processes and standards for all LOB’s;
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance services and internal processes to elevate insights for all stakeholders;
Participate in the governance of the Data Program by intimately understanding all clients’ business strategies, the strategic plan pillars they enable and provide leadership in priority setting for the team;
Participate and propose the team service offerings, how clients can engage us to leverage these services and ensure that they are documented and published;
Maintain the Data Management and Analytics Port Folio by keeping the team updated on the overview Port Folio as well as the Opportunities Port Folio;
Manage the backlog of requests for their assigned LOB’s and work with them to prioritize and manage expectations as well as maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship.
