Receiving and responding to in-coming mortgage contacts from clients, Mortgage Planning Specialists, and Consultants;
Handling all inquires with a high standard of quality and professionalism, determining the best course of action and ensuring completion of action has met established standards;
Maintaining knowledge and awareness of all corporate mortgages polices and procedures;
Assisting team members by providing and sharing information based on experience, precedents, recent mortgage trends and policy changes;
Regularly communicating with Mortgage Administration area to ensure client inquires and concerns are resolved in a timely manner;
Participating in special projects, assignments and the objectives of the Contact Centre.
