● 招聘职位：客户服务代表【 Customer Service Representative (Overnight)】

● 工作类型：兼职

● 工作内容：Reporting to the Customer Operations Specialist, the Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Overnight) will be working on assigned brands to:

Be the first level of afterhours customer support through email, ticket and social media in a timely and courteous fashion;
Investigate issues and complete follow up with the customer;
Resolve customer concerns in accordance with established policies and procedures;
Accurately document customer interactions and forward CS tracker to Customer Operations Specialist at the end of every shift;
Escalate customer concerns when required by creating a ticket with L2 support.

● 工作要求：

有3年以上客户服务经验；
具有良好的书面和口头沟通能力；
熟练使用MS Office办公软件(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)；
有法语和英语的双语能力。
