Maintain in coordination with Organizational leadership tactical application of budget and related controls;
Oversee Supplies for Operations, Maintenance and Janitorial Services;
Monitor scheduled events, project milestones and submission of required information;
Schedule activities for completion of projects and works on a day-to-day basis to handle unexpected requests and deadlines;
Maintain strong working relationship with the internal and external project stake holders;
Work with the consultants to negotiate credits and/or extras for revised scope of work and to assist with implementing a value engineering process when necessary;
Organize meetings and meets with contractors/consultants to review scope of contract and impact of alternatives in reducing time and costs;
Stay current with community issues and construction and related technologies.
