客户关系部专员（
Customer Relations Team support）
● 工作内容：
Resolve customer issues with urgency while balancing the needs of the customer with store operational procedures;
Monitor and maintain Basic Actions;
Provide visitors with a positive shopping experience by ensuring customer convenience standards are met or exceeded;
Transfer learning to coworkers on Basic Actions, product knowledge and customer service skills;
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA Culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers;
Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur.
● 工作要求：
具有领导力和一定沟通技能；
掌握必要的计算机文化知识；
能举起50磅(25公斤)；
有1年宜家工作经验，包括内部培训项目或1-2年零售管理经验。
