Provide strategic advice to stakeholders across the Business on all aspects of Global Mobility while ensuring cost effectiveness and consistency;
Support the Business by providing mobility cost estimates at the proposal phase of projects.
Ensure correct interpretation of policies and procedures;
Manage the immigration process in collaboration with the external immigration vendor;
Meet employees to explain assignment or relocation conditions and provide additional information (insurance, emergency services, payroll, timesheet, etc.);
Manage all facets of the mobility process including: pre-departure, mobilization, on-assignment, extension and repatriation activities (letter, certificate of coverage, banked hours, completion bonus, etc.);
Liaise with external providers when required;
Responsible for the management of mobility data in various systems including the generation of detailed reports.
