Produce an initial email to inform the servicing advisor of missing information as identified by the New Business Technician (NBT) and Underwriter (UW), and to highlight outstanding underwriting requirements;
Provides status updates and follow-up communications;
Follow up with advisors for outstanding requirements;
Check vendor sites to confirm status of evidence and follow up as required;
Handle actionable vendor messages;
Accurately update relevant systems as required;
Manage pending cases with outstanding requirements through effective management of AURA tasks, spreadsheets and Jira
Work within service standards;
After initial classroom and on the job training, demonstrate functional, technical knowledge, skills and speed to complete work in a timely and accurate manner.
