Operate in a Brand Ambassador capacity, representing Deloitte at every opportunity as an a World Class Employer of Choice;
Interact with the recruiters, clients and candidates to schedule interviews in a timely manner;
Work with various calendars simultaneously to determine an interview time that aligns for all;
Ensure that all candidates are provided detailed information throughout the scheduling process;
Generate various reporting using our applicant tracking system and within Excel;
Assist in the preparation and revision of various documentations;
Create and post positions, review resumes, schedule interviews and screening candidates when required;
Provide feedback and suggestions for any improvements to the recruitment process, standards and tools that will help improve the overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function;
