● 招聘职位：客户服务管理员（Client Service Administrator）

● 工作内容：

Process member administration daily;
Communicate daily with advisors, clients, Account Executives and internal staff;
Respond proactively to client inquiries or concerns to ensure a high degree of client satisfaction;
Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality;
Review documents to ensure data is accurate and within specified contract terms;
Obtain and verify missing or incomplete data directly with the client;
Set-up and support our on line administration clients (internet-based customers);
Handle our SunAdvantage Customer Service Toll-Free line.

● 工作要求：

掌握双语(英语和法语)；
拥有组织能力和优先排序能力；
掌握工作流程和时间管理技能；
熟悉windows环境下的PC应用程序；
具有良好的人际交往能力；
能够在压力下工作的能力；
有较强的书面和口头沟通能力。
