Using a variety of sophisticated computer systems, often simultaneously, the TRR works to provide accurate and timely reporting of train or railcar movements;
The TRR provides work orders and movement instructions for train crews and other Operational personnel and also prepares information for other ancillary tasks;
The TRR is responsible to work with Service Delivery to protect service, as required;
The TRR will communicate with internal parties regarding reporting issues, service exceptions and special requests;
Update various logs, forms or systems as required;
