● 工作内容： This position will be of interest to candidates wishing to join a dynamic team and to devote themselves to a comprehensive practice in the law of banking and finance. The ideal candidate will have participated in financing transactions of all kinds, acting for lenders and borrowers, including business financings, cross-border and syndicated financings, project financings, as well as alternative modes of financing, involving asset-based financing, financial leasing and structured financing. The successful candidate will be called up on to draft, negotiate and implement credit and security documents. He or she must have a creative mind and demonstrate sound judgment and business sense, as well as proven communications and interpersonal skills, in both French and English. Membership in the Barreau du Québec is also required.
