● 招聘职位：客户服务代表（Customer Service Representative）

● 工作内容：The Customer Service Representative performs customer transactions, providing legendary service & advice to create legendary customer experiences. This role is required to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote TDCT products and services to the customers, referring them to appropriate team members or internal Bank partners. The Customer Service Representative reports to either the Manager Customer Service or Manager Customer Service and Sales.

● 工作要求：

有开发和管理团队的能力
能够帮助实现部门业务目标，满足客户需求
熟悉并遵守银行和行业行为守则，遵守证券法律法规。
理解和应用银行的经营政策和程序。
