Develop, track and ensure the evolution of the program and practices, to achieve consistency and balance between business needs, risk management and compliance with requirements and best practices.
Serve as an expert advisor to the organization's units and the various stakeholders in matters relating to his or her area of expertise.
Implement the program and the related practices.
Contribute to projects supporting the collaboration, awareness, training and informing of Desjardins Group stakeholders.
Represent the position of Desjardins to other financial institutions and regulatory, government or private organizations, as needed.
Analyze the effectiveness of the program and practices in his or her area of expertise and make appropriate recommendations, in the interest of continuous improvement.
Ensure the critical review of the work of other Movement teams (1LDD) in terms of risk management.
