1. Produce and edit a wide range of print and digital materials targeting students, alumni, prospective and past donors, parents and friends of the University, including content for the McGill Monthly Alumni newsletter, the McGill News Magazine, press releases, web copy, invitations and brochures;
2. Write high-quality speaking notes for senior Advancement and University leadership (including the VP of UA, the Chancellor and the Principal) ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with University communications priorities;
3. Work closely with graphic designers, digital communications experts, translators, alumni relations professionals and other colleagues and freelancers to ensure that materials are completed on deadline and to the highest standards.
