● 工作时间：周一~周日 7:00am~10:00pm（时间灵活）

● 工作地点：蒙特利尔病人护理中心

● 工作内容：

You will be an ambassador and sales representative for LASIK MD by answering incoming calls from potential patients, converting those calls into pre-operative appointments and offering service-oriented follow-ups to our existing patients.

The majority of calls are inbound; however you will be asked to perform outbound calls when confirming appointments or following up with patients.

We differentiate ourselves from other call center environments by keeping the same focus month after month; which is always exceptional patient care.

● 工作要求：

Be perfectly bilingual in both English and French (other languages are an asset)
Excellent communication skills
Be enthusiastic while maintaining a strong customer service and sales focus
Have an energetic and motivational communication style
Good sense of organization and detail oriented
Excellent problem solving skills
