● 工作内容：

The Merchandise Manager will work with Corporate members, vendors and Dealers to drive sales in the Quebec market.

The Merchandise Manager will be charged with identifying opportunities for products and programs, ensure they meet corporate standards, establish targets and provide analysis / recommendations specific to the Quebec market.

This position will be the key point of contact for the store support teams and Dealer Committees. This position is based in the Montreal office and reports to the RVP, Store Operations Quebec.

● 工作要求：

1.Fully bilingual in French and English ( written and verbal )

2.Superior written skills in both French and English

3.Strong knowledge of Access and Excel

4.Minimum 5 years experience in category management

5.Understanding of Quebec retail market consumer trends, and vendor management

6.Strong business acumen; demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans and initiatives

7.Absolute commitment to delivering consumer-focused initiatives; possesses superior innovation and management skills

8.Strong leadership skills and presence; highly developed sense of accountability, passion and track record for delivering results

9.Ability to build effective business partnerships (internal and external)

10.Superior interpersonal and communication skills

11.Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

12.University degree in Business or equivalent experience

13.Canadian Tire experience is an asset
