1.Provide professional financial advice to new and existing RBC clients, assisting them with their financial needs
2.Recommend products, services, and/or share information with clients to meet their unique immediate and future financial needs
3.Support product and service recommendations with details that are easily understood and convert value towards the clients’ stated needs
4.Manage risk and compliance routines when carrying out transactions
5.Achieve higher levels of proficiency in this role by providing effective advice to clients regarding our products, services, and solutions
● 工作要求:
1.Fluency in both English and French language skills (reading, writing, and spoken)
2.Proven customer service and sales skills, preferably in the financial or service industry, as well as a track record of success in a client-focused, target-driven performance culture
3.An aptitude for listening, establishing rapport and finding the right solutions for customers
4.Excellent telephone manner, IT literacy, and digital knowledge, as well as multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
5.An interest in mobile and digital devices and an ability to help clients navigate through self-serve applications
6.Flexibility to accommodate alternating shifts throughout the week
