● 工作内容：
1.Provide support by maintaining various types of Excel, Word and Access reports files and data -systems.
2.Data entry.
3.Process mail, maintain filing systems.
4.Provide any other general and administrative tasks as it pertains to baggage claims and baggage tracing.
● 工作要求：
1.Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Databases, PowerPoint, Access).
2.Ability to quickly learn new software programs (ie: World Tracer).
3.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with an ability to adapt quickly to new processes.
4.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
5.Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
6.Ability to communicate effectively both English and French.
7.Ability to deal with internal and external customers using tact and good judgment.
8.Bilingual (English and French).
