根据规章制度，记录所有的销售交易，回拨和转接客户电话并为客户提供服务。

1.Greet customers and direct them toward appropriate sales staff

2.Process all sales transactions, receive payments and obtain the necessary authorizations for purchases made by cheque or credit card

3.Assume responsibility for the entry of all transactions in the point-of-sale system

4.Remove anti-theft tags, wrap merchandise and check size of articles

5.Answer and forward telephone calls and follow-up with customers
