RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of the inquiries of an upscale international clientele via email and telephone
Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased customer satisfaction
Perform other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS
Available to work Midnight - 8AM
Available to work from 32 to 40 hours per week
SKILLS
Bachelor degree in Fashion, Communications, Administration, Business, Arts, History or other related fields
1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, other languages are an asset
Fashion knowledge an asset
Luxury products knowledge an asset
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
