Clerks perform various clerical duties such as preparing switching orders, receiving and disbursing funds, computing rates and charges, preparing billing documents, scheduling crews and maintaining records.

● 工作要求：

1.English and French (verbal and written)

2.Quality of leadership and ability to work as part of a team

3.Ability to work under indirect supervision

4.Good work organization and effective decision making skills

5.Good communication tools

6.High school diploma

7.Knowledge of Windows Office tools with a minimum of 30 words per minute

8.Ability to work on a night shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

9.Experience in customer services with internal and external contacts and / or practical experience (call center background an asset).
