I am looking for someone who will take over my lease contract with Evo Montreal.
It is a nice furnished double room with 2 beds and 1 bath. The room is for two persons and the monthly rent is $675 per month (include tax) per person.
If you have someone who can share the room with you, you can take over my double room with monthly rent $675 per person.
If you don’t have someone who can share the room, you can still take over my contract, and share the room with one current resident.
The room is avaliable June 1st and the contract runs until February 28th, 2018.
(Lease transfer is possible if you can not stay until the end of contract, which is February 28th, 2018).
Evo Montral is a student resident and connected with metro 'Square Victoria-OACI' and has Indoor heated pool, a Library, Lounge, Kitchen and 24 hour state of the art gym.

房子质量非常好，干净无虫，安静不吵，楼顶有健身房和露天游泳池。地点近康大，5分钟到康大，1分钟到pa超市。
本人男，爱干净，会做饭，不抽烟，无不良嗜好。
找一个爱干净会做饭不抽烟的室友。
