Beautiful room in a harmonious home right next to Godin Parc at rue du Pacifique and rue Ste-Anne, living with a college teacher and two female graduate students at Mac who are easy-going and friendly. Ideal for a female graduate or international student, but other students and professionals are welcome to get in touch and arrange for a visit. The room is available for the winter and summer semesters for $360 but would return to its regular price of $420 in the fall of 2017. If you come join us, all you'll need to bring is your suitcase. The room is fully furnished with sleigh bed with drawers underneath, desk, desk chair, arm chair, two dressers, bookcase, TV, closet with storage space, linens, and also with unlimited wireless Internet included. Nice tiled bathroom near bedrooms with plenty of shelf and drawer space and large kitchen with two fridges, walk-in pantry and lots of cabinet space as well as dishes, pans, cooking & cleaning supplies included. Utilities included and laundry room in 2nd bathroom on the 1st floor. Possibility of some storage space in the attic. Walk 15-20 minutes to Mac campus by way of train station parking lot & footpath next to the United Church. Bus #212 to Mac/JAC also passes every 20 to 30 minutes at Parc Godin, right next to house.
