Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for two months: JULY and AUGUS, with the option to renew the lease. It is a large light room with a King sized bed on the 8th floor, all inclusive, move-in ready. It is a single room so you don't have a roommate. The rent is for $1800/month, but i got a promotion so it is $1400, negotiable if you are really interested.
