本人是mcgill的学生~因为要转学了所以要把现在的房子转租出去~ （女生ONLY^ ^，因为我室友是个女生）

房子地址：3470 Rue Stanley (stanley tower)
-我们是4 1/2的房子~一个大房间（我室友住）一个小房间一个客厅，我住的是小房间~
-820$一个月
-离McGill的生物学院和法学院图书馆只有1分钟的走路距离，离医学院有5分钟，离peel地铁站有5分钟，离学校的体育馆有10分钟
-我的房间家具全都有，如果您有意要签转租合同的话家具可以3折卖给您~
-公寓里有很好的洗衣服的设备，比mcgill自己的学生公寓要便宜
-免费的泳池，桑拿，和屋顶的太阳浴
-便利店就在街对面，非常方便
-公寓有7天24小时的看管人员，非常好的安全保护系统^ ^

***如果您有两个人想租这个房子的话，还有另外一种选择，一个人住小房间，一个人住客厅（很多mcgill的学生为了分担一下房租都会选择在客厅搭一个小卧室，用屏风隔开），这样的话小房间的租金是一个月565$/月, 客厅是505$/月
