I only used this battery for less than 1 month. The battery can only hold half power so I bought a new one.
Probably need to replace some 18650 cells and then it should work with full capacity.
Don't have time to fix it. Normal price would be around 500$ (Checked on Amazon).
It's 48V 16AH even the parameters said it's 48V 12AH. The customer support told me that it is because they produced a series of batteries and the last two digits 16 indicate the true capacity. It can be easily confirmed after opening it by counting the number of18650 cells.
For handyman, first come first serve.
