In Montreal, there is one order fulfillmentcenter and its own distribution network, one fulfillment center in Vancouver,Canada, and one merchandise center in Guangzhou, China. The fulfillmentcenter on the West Island of Montreal has also expanded to 250,000 square feet(2.5 times the size of the previous one). Job Title: Customer Service Agent, Full time

Report to: Manager – Customer Service

Responsibilities:

Communicate & understand the requirements of customers
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, research, locate & provide these information
Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research, explore answers or alternative solutions, then implement solutions or otherwise escalate unresolved problems
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, and complete transactions or forward requests
Maintain call center database by entering information
Keep equipment operational by following established procedures, and report malfunctions
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests, and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualifications:

Knowledge:

Secondary school diploma
At least two years of customer service experience in a call center.

Competence:

Excellent communication skill both verbal and written, in English and French.
Proactive time management skills.
Multitasking with efficiency
Patients and understanding.
Computer software such as, Excel, Google sheets, documents, ect..
