Accounting assistant

会计助理

●   岗位职责

• AP and AR, GST/QST reporting and other accounting cycle jobs;
• Deposit and accounts reconciliations;  
• Invoices and data entries, filing;
• As assistant of the controller;
• Other administration work in case of need.
  
  

●   任职要求

• Accounting diploma: AEC or DEC；
• Good knowledge of accounting;
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting position；
  
• Computer knowledge: Accounting software (advantage);
  good knowledge of MS Office： Excel and Word;
  
• Responsible, efficient, hardworking, and team player;
• Languages: Fluent English, French reading, and fluent Chinese.
