Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries by phone and through our online services.
- Assisting customers navigating our website
- Assist customers with placing orders
- Must be a fast worker who can respect deadlines and is willing to learn new tasks.
- Must have a friendly disposition, polite, and patient on the phone.
- The ideal candidates must have good telephone and conversation skills, computer knowledge of Excel and Word, a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable multitasking.
Availability: 5 days/week and/or Saturdays.
Our call center is open from 8:30-9 pm on weekdays and from 9-3 pm Saturdays
