求助：和房东break lease，会影响信用记录么？
在蒙特利尔和管理公司签了1年租房协议，房子种种问题没法住，协商多次不同意解约，最后管理公司说付2个月房租，就解约。
请各位帮忙看看合法么？
解约（break lease）的是管理公司拿了一张纸写着：
AGREEMENT
THE parties agree to the following:
1. without admitting any responsibility and by mutual agreement, the parties agree to terminate the lease for the appartmentxxxx. clients pays two months extra rent to break the lease with landlord.
2. this present agreement is in accordance with the quebec civil code.
然后双方要签名。
请问这种情况会影响信用记录么？
