Participate in the design of change management support materials
Maintain and/or modify existing reports and create new reports based on customers’ requirements
Strive to find the best ways to visualize data and articulate the results
Assist in developing employee self-service SharePoint site
Provide support in the enhancement and implementation of HRIS system modules
Provide support to the COVID-19 response team including internal follow-up, data entry, communication
Assist in optimizing COVID-19 processes and keeping them up to date with current reality
Run COVID-19 positive cases weekly reports
Will be required to perform data entry and other clerical assignments as needed

● Requirements:
Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or Information Technology or equivalent with a minor in Computer Science, Technology, Human Resources or equivalent.
Must possess excellent communication (both verbal and written)
Ability to analyse, model and interpret data
Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time
Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient with MS office applications, including SharePoint
