Support Cash Management Specialists (CMS) and their customers in accordance with national service, support and implementation standards in the preparation, execution and fulfillment of complex cash management products/solutions and legal documentation;
Ensure all documentation is in compliance with legal, regulatory and operational effectiveness requirements;
Provide exceptional customer service to all commercial cash management customers using Brilliant at the Basics for Business and support customer profitability by identifying opportunities and participating in the preparation of non-standard/negotiated pricing agreement reviews;
Consistently exceed customer expectations - identify, record and advise the CMS and/or the CAM of any potential risk and customer service issues, and recommend workflow and administrative process alternatives to the customer, CMS/CAM and/or the Manager, CS to improve efficiencies and the customer experience.
